


REQUIREMENT FOR DELEGATIONS:
Minimum of 8 delegates (Representation in all 7 committees mandatory to be eligible for The Best Delegation award)
Teams will be shortlisted for CJCMUN based on the application. Once selected, we will revert to you with further details.
Priority registration: Starts on 12th July, 2025.
Registration fee for priority registration - INR 1200/-
Registration fee for standard registration- INR 1500/-
Registration fee for outstation students: Rs. 5500/-
The registration fee is inclusive of conference registration, breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments, a conference kit, and accommodation.
Fees for Faculty Advisors Sports Complex along with students: Rs. 3000/- per head.
Single occupancy guest room: Rs. 4400/- per head.

Stay Etiquettes:
Since it is an educational institution, it is governed by a strict entry and exit policy.
Nobody is permitted to leave the campus after 9:00PM. Participants are expected to return to their respective rooms before 9:00 PM. The infrastructural facilities should be used judiciously. Participants are not allowed to carry any kind of beverages or substances that are against the spirit of educational norms. Any breach of the same will result in expulsion from the conference and necessary actions will be taken.
General Instructions:
Conference identity card and institution identity card must be carried by the students and faculty members during their stay in the premises. Faculty members are responsible for the student's behavior and are expected to ensure that campus etiquettes and security guidelines are adhered strictly by students for a secure and peaceful stay.

Indian formals allowed for delegates participating in the All India Political Parties Meet
During Stay on campus - Casual or Formal
Participants are requested to avoid wearing inappropriate attire.
NOTE: ACCOMMODATION CAN BE AVAILED BY THE OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS. NO OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FACULTY ADVISORS.
Payment Details
The delegate fee for this conference is Rs. 1200 per head.
Priority registrations are Rs. 1200 per head.
Standard registrations are Rs. 1500 per head.

For Delegation registrations, the head delegate must pay the entire delegate fee in full amount.
Outstation delegates are requested to contact the student coordinator for assistance with payment and allotment.
The payment must be made to the following account immediately after registration for the conference. Allotments will be given only after payment confirmation is received.

Usage of Netbanking should preferably be limited to payments of large delegations and inaccessibility of Gpay or UPI.
Once the payment is made, please send a softcopy/screenshot of the transaction receipt of the payment to cjcmun@cjc.christcollege.edu. In case your institution is unable to use this mode of payment, please contact us personally.
Note that the allotment of countries will only be finalized after the receipt of the registration fee.
