- Representation is required in each committee

 

Teams will be shortlisted for CJCMUN based on the application. Once selected, we will revert to you with further details.


Priority registration: Starts on 25th September and closes on October 10th,2022

REGISTRATIONS FOR OUTSTATION STUDENTS:

Registration fee for outstation students - 4500/-

The registration fee is inclusive of conference registration, breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments, conference kit and accommodation.

Faculty members are given special registration fees of Rs.2300/- per head. Accommodation will be given for a maximum of two Faculty Advisors per institution. 

Participants List: Registered institutions are expected to send the number and names of the participating male and female delegates as well as the faculty advisors along with the payment approved by the head of institution.

Accommodation Venue: The accommodation arrangements are done in the Christ University Sports Complex for delegates.  

    

Entry and Exit Norms: Participating institutions are expected to check-in only on Thursday, 3rd October after 7:00 AM and check out on Saturday, 5th November before 5:00 PM.

Food Arrangements: Breakfast and dinner will be arranged in the Christ University cafeteria. 

Food Timings: 

Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 AM

Lunch: (provided at the conference venue as per the conference schedule)

Dinner: 7:30-8:30 PM.

Please note: Only vegetarian food will be provided.

Stay Etiquettes: Since it is an educational institution, it is governed by a strict entry and exit policy. 

Nobody is expected to leave the campus after 9:00PM. Participants are expected to return to their respective rooms before 9:00 PM. The infrastructural facilities should be used judiciously. Participants are not allowed to carry any kind of beverages or substances that are against the spirit of educational norms. Any breach of the same will result in expulsion from the conference and necessary actions will be taken.

General Instructions: Conference identity card and institution identity card must be carried by the students and faculty members during their stay in the premises. Faculty members are responsible for the students’ behavior and are expected to ensure that campus etiquettes and security guidelines are adhered strictly by students for a secure and peaceful stay.

Dress Code: 

Conference – Formal western attire.

Indian formals allowed for delegates participating in the Constituent Assembly.

During Stay on campus– Casual or Formal.

Participants are requested to avoid wearing inappropriate attire.

NOTE: ACCOMMODATION CAN BE AVAILED BY THE OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS. NO OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FACULTY ADVISORS.

The delegate fee for this conference is Rs. 1000.

Outstation delegates are requested to contact the student coordinator for assistance with payment and allotment.

The payment must be made to the following account immediately after registration for the conference. Allotments will be given only after payment confirmation is received.

Christ Junior College Account    

Once the payment is made, please send a screenshot of the confirmation message to cjcmun2022.23@gmail.com. In case your institution is unable to use this mode of payment, please contact us personally.

Note that the allotment of countries will only be finalised after the receipt of the registration fee.
