Minimum of 8 delegates (Representation in all 7 committees mandatory to be eligible for The Best Delegation award)
Teams will be shortlisted for CJCMUN based on the application. Once selected, we will revert to you with further details.

REGISTRATIONS FOR OUTSTATION STUDENTS:
Registration fee for outstation students - 5000/-
The registration fee is inclusive of conference registration, breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments, conference kit and accommodation.

Fee for Faculty Advisors
Sports Complex along with Students - Rs. 2300 per head
Single sharing Guest Room - Rs. 4400 per head
Twin Sharing Guest Room - Rs. 3800 per head
Fee includes accommodation breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments.
Accommodation will be given for a maximum of two Faculty Advisors per institution.
​Participants List:
Registered institutions are expected to send the number and names of the participating male and female delegates as well as the faculty advisors along with the payment approved by the head of institution.
​Accommodation Venue: The accommodation arrangements are done in the Christ University Sports Complex for delegates. Faculty Advisors can avail arrangements at the Sports Complex or Guest Rooms.
Entry and Exit Norms:
Participating institutions are expected to check-in only on Wednesday, 28 August after 7:00 AM and check out on Sunday, 23 September before 5:00 PM.

Food Arrangements:
Breakfast and dinner will be arranged in the Christ University Cafeteria.
​Food Timings -
Breakfast: 7:30 - 8:30 AM
Lunch: (provided at the conference venue as per the conference schedule)
Dinner: 7:30 - 8:30 PM.

Please note - Only vegetarian food will be provided for breakfast and lunch.
Non-Vegetarian food shall be provided for Dinner only.​​​
Stay Etiquettes:
Since it is an educational institution, it is governed by a strict entry and exit policy.
Nobody is permitted to leave the campus after 9:00PM. Participants are expected to return to their respective rooms before 9:00 PM. The infrastructural facilities should be used judiciously. Participants are not allowed to carry any kind of beverages or substances that are against the spirit of educational norms. Any breach of the same will result in expulsion from the conference and necessary actions will be taken.

General Instructions:
Conference identity card and institution identity card must be carried by the students and faculty members during their stay in the premises. Faculty members are responsible for the student's behavior and are expected to ensure that campus etiquettes and security guidelines are adhered strictly by students for a secure and peaceful stay.

Conference - Formal western attire
Indian formals allowed for delegates participating in the All India Political Parties Meet
During Stay on campus - Casual or Formal
Participants are requested to avoid wearing inappropriate attire.

NOTE: ACCOMMODATION CAN BE AVAILED BY THE OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS. NO OUT-STATION INSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FACULTY ADVISORS.
Payment Details
The delegate fee for this conference is Rs. 1300 per head.
Priority registrations are Rs. 1000 per head.

For Delegation registrations, the head delegate must pay the entire delegate fee in full amount.

Outstation delegates are requested to contact the student coordinator for assistance with payment and allotment.
